WHAT I DO


After teaching in various studios in New York and California from 2010 to 2024, I decided to focus on private groups and individuals with whom I work in-home and on zoom.

A glimpse of who I get to work with on a daily/weekly basis:

X3/week Individual session with focus on strength and mobility- client’s goal is to return to recreational sports after a long break

X3/week Individual session with focus on strength and mobility, support of chronic age-related pathologies - client’s goal is to maintain independence in mobility and strength into their late 90’s and beyond.

X1/week Group Chair Yoga - group’s goal is to maintain mobility, strength and manage stress.
